You are looking to return an item? 

Here we break down the information to our Returns process.

Return your item/s within 14 days (UK customers) & 30 days (international customers) - The return period starts from the day you receive the order.

*Please note there is no charge for returns.

All you have to do is make sure the item(s) are in the same condition as you received them:
  • the item(s) are unworn, unwashed and perfume/make-up free
  • the item(s) still have the tags attached
  • shoes have been tried on indoors and show no sign of wear
  • items are returned in their original packaging
Returns Process:
  1. To return your unwanted item(s) simply visit us at
  2. Enter your order number and the email address you used when you purchased
  3. Complete the online return form!
Please return the item(s) in their original packaging (don't forget to include your delivery note), with the product tags still intact. 

All Collect+ Return Labels are fully tracked.

We process refunds within 1 working day of them arriving back to us. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to reach your bank account. 

Please also note - we do not refund the original postage costs.
